An offline game

Sun Gate is an offline puzzle game. The app does not send your progress, preferences, personal information, or device identifiers to us or to a third-party service.

No account is required. The app has no advertising, analytics, tracking, in-app purchases, or developer-operated online service. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photo library.

Information saved locally

Sun Gate stores puzzle progress, move history, hint status, completion records, and preferences in its local app storage. This lets you resume each puzzle and retain your settings. We do not receive these records.

Reset clears the current attempt, including its moves and hint status. Other puzzles, earned completion records, and preferences remain. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading it may preserve that data.

Device backups and restores are managed by Apple and your backup settings. Sun Gate does not provide its own cloud synchronization.

Apple services

Purchasing, downloading, or testing the app through Apple is subject to Apple’s privacy practices and your settings. Apple may provide diagnostic information or TestFlight feedback that you choose to share. Sun Gate does not include an in-app analytics or crash-reporting service.

This website

This website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel’s privacy notice for details.

The Sun Gate website does not add analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, or cookies. Its fonts and styles load with the site.

Support email

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond and investigate your request. Please avoid sending information that is not needed to explain the issue. ImprovMX forwards support messages to our inbox. See ImprovMX’s privacy policy for details.

Children

The game does not collect personal information from adults or children. It has no chat, account, or public profile.

Changes and contact

If the app’s privacy practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.
